The Purina Difference™ Reward Program ("membership") is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) at least 13 years of age, who provide and maintain a working e-mail address. No purchase necessary. Limit one entry into the rewards program per person, regardless of method of entry. Communications about the program, including changes, primarily will be electronic by e-mail or on www.purinamills.com/rewards. By joining the program, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or older, and by using this program, you agree to the rules of the program. If you are between 13 and the age of majority (18 or 19 years old, depending on where you live), you agree that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to be a member of the program. Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your membership is valid only at participating Purina® Feed Retailers within the U.S.

Purina Mills, LLC may, at any time, terminate or modify the Purina Difference™ Rewards Program by posting the changes on www.purinamills.com/rewards.

Get Rewards
Based on the information you provide, you’ll receive one (1) Rewards Certificate per eligible specie, per household, per quarter. Eligible specie coupons include only the following: Horse, Cattle, Rabbit, Goat, Poultry, Show Feed, Outdoor/Wildlife and Exotic. Reward Certificates are not transferable and may only be used by the member to whom issued. Reward Certificates will be mailed to the address on file on a quarterly basis. You can visit www.purinamills.com/rewards to find a schedule for the mailing of the rewards certificates. Reward Certificates are coupons for discounts off future purchases at participating Purina® Feed retail store locations within the U.S., and may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the sum of the Reward Certificate(s) presented for redemption, excluding sales tax. Reward Certificates may be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed the purchase amount. Reward Certificates will expire on the date printed on back of the rewards certificate. Reward Certificates have no cash value and no change will be given for Reward Certificate redemption. Reward Certificates may be used only once.

Membership Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying Purina Mills Customer Services by e-mail or phone (see “Change of Address” section for details). Cancellation may take from 1-2 weeks to finalize. Upon cancellation your membership will be inactivated.

In the case of fraud or abuse involving the Purina Difference™ Rewards Program, Purina Mills, LLC, its affiliates, retailers and its partners have the right to take any appropriate administrative and/or legal action, and Rewards Certificates earned through the Purina Difference Rewards Program may be forfeited and any relevant account(s) closed.

If more than one membership number is assigned to an individual, he/she will only receive one (1) rewards certificate per specie, per household, per quarter. Duplicate accounts will be canceled.

You may update your personal information anytime online at www.purinamills.com/rewards. For information about your account, contact Member Services with your member number.

Conditions of Enrollment
Only individuals are eligible for the Purina Difference™ Rewards Program membership, and each individual may maintain only one account. Corporations, groups and/or associated entities cannot enroll as Purina Difference™ Rewards Program members.

Employees of Land O’Lakes Purina Feed, LLC and its subsidiaries are ineligible to participate in Purina Difference™ Rewards Program.

Privacy Policy
Respecting your privacy is a priority for us. However, in order to keep you apprised of your Purina Difference™ Rewards Program membership status, it is important that we send you certain program information or email marketing materials from Purina Mills, LLC, its affiliates, retailers and its partners which will inform you of special offers and products we believe would be of interest to you. The information you provide to us when enrolling in Purina Difference™ Rewards is processed in our computer systems in the United States. As a participant in Purina Difference™ Rewards, you have consented to receive all of the kinds of information described above. However, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of mailings and e-mails at any time.

General Program Information The Purina Difference™ Rewards program is brought to you by Land O'Lakes Purina Feed, LLC (and its wholly owned subsidiary Purina Mills, LLC). By becoming a member of the Purina Difference™ Reward program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Purina Mills, LLC, its affiliates, retailers and its partners.

Purina Mills, LLC, the Checkerboard logo and the Purina Difference™ Rewards Program, and other logos and taglines are the intellectual property of Land O’Lakes Purina Feed, LLC, licensed to Purina® Feed Retailers and others under controlled conditions. Membership rules are void where and to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.

The laws of the State of Minnesota apply to this program and you agree that any claim related to the program will be brought in the State of Minnesota.

The information you provide as a member of the Purina Difference™ Rewards program will be handled according to the Land O'Lakes Purina Feed, LLC Privacy Policy.
